All forms and updated sports physicals need to be completed and turned in before the first
day of practice.
- MSHSL Eligibility Brochure - 23/24MSHSL Eligibility Brochure ( must be completed annually)
- MSHSL SMSHSL 23/24 Sports Physical form-23/24 (must be completed every three years)
- Bigfork High School Academic Extra Curricular Policy Agreeement(must be completed annually)
- ISD318 Athletic Insurance (must be compoleted annually)
- Student Athletic Travel Release form (must be completed annually)
- 22/23 Parent/Student Information Meeting
Activity Fees
Payments may also be made in person in the Bigfork School Office.
